Mr. Lee Kwan Di – Founder

Founder of Lee-Group – Mr. Lee Kwan Di

Mr. Lee Kwan Di, the visionary founder of the Lee Group, was born in Zhejiang, Ningbo. He began working in an enamel factory at the young age of 12 and, by the age of 20, had already established his own enamel factory in Ningbo. As the business grew, the factory was relocated first to Shanghai and later to Hong Kong.

In the 1960s, Mr. Lee Kwan Di officially founded the Lee Group. Recognizing the immense potential of Africa’s natural resources and vast markets, he introduced the popular enamelware from Hong Kong and established the company’s first factory in Nigeria.
